Kendra S. LeDay "Munchie," a 34-year-old African American woman from Beaumont, Texas, tragically passed away on December 29, 2018. Her death was the result of a shooting incident. Kendra was well-loved by her family and friends, and her funeral was held at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church on January 12, 2019.
The investigation into Kendra's death revealed that her neighbor, Brian Rollins, was responsible for the shooting. According to police reports, Rollins and Kendra had an argument before Rollins shot her. Rollins later admitted to his involvement in the shooting during a jailhouse conversation with a police detective. He was subsequently charged with murder and sentenced to 50 years in prison for his crime.
