Charles Powell, a 42-year-old man, was fatally shot in Dallas, Texas, on December 29, 2024. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on Langdon Road in southeast Oak Cliff. Dallas police responded to reports of a shooting at approximately 1:10 a.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Powell had sustained gunshot wounds. Tragically, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
