Death by Force

Jason Lee Bergland, a 39-year-old man, was found with gunshot wounds in Killeen, Texas, on February 1, 2025. Officers from the Killeen Police Department responded to a call regarding a single-vehicle motorcycle crash at approximately 2:36 a.m. near Roy Reynolds Drive and East Rancier Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered Bergland suffering from gunshot injuries. Emergency responders transported him to Carl R. Darnall Army Community Hospital, where he was pronounced dead a few hours later.
