In the early morning hours of December 29, 2024, a passerby in Clarkston, Washington, noticed a car stopped along 13th Street. Inside was Floyd Edwin "Eddie" Parker, a 35-year-old Caucasian male. The witness saw the vehicle move a short distance before coming to a final stop. Upon checking on the driver, the passerby discovered that Parker was bleeding and immediately contacted dispatchers for help.
