Alton “Chucky” Bullard Jr., 32, a Black male, was gunned down just after noon on September 11, 2015, outside the Bargain Smokes shop in an east Las Vegas strip mall along the 5500 block of Boulder Highway near East Tropicana Avenue. He had been standing with Aaron Anderson, 25, and a third man when another man approached, exchanged words, left briefly, then returned and opened fire.
