Raquel Stapinski, 41, was fatally shot on April 3, 2016, during a birthday celebration at the Lantana Apartments in Las Vegas. Stapinski, an innocent bystander, was caught in the crossfire of an altercation between two groups. She and her husband had been living in the apartment complex at the time.
