In the early hours of January 18, 2025, the life of Montrell Brown, a Black / African American male, was tragically cut short in the Frayser neighborhood of Memphis, Tennessee. Police responded to a call of a shooting near Shady Vista Drive and Bethlehem Avenue to find Brown inside a vehicle, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, but ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
