Bruce Lamont Bell, a 46-year-old African American man from Anderson, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on January 23, 2025. The incident occurred at the Tanglewood Apartments on Marchbanks Avenue, where authorities responded to reports of a domestic-related shooting.
