Brandon Marcell Ogden, a 27-year-old man from Youngstown, Ohio, tragically lost his life on January 10, 2025, in what was later identified as the city's first homicide of the year. The incident occurred in the 2500 block of Ohio Avenue on Youngstown’s North Side. Authorities responded to reports of a shooting and found Ogden suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
