The incident occurred at approximately 11:00 p.m. on North Carlisle Street, near off-campus housing for Temple University students. When police arrived at the scene, they found Chase Myles lying in the street, suffering from a gunshot wound. Officers immediately transported him to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
