Travis Chandler Cummings, a 37-year-old male from Red Springs, North Carolina, tragically lost his life following a shooting incident on April 1, 2025. Authorities from the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of gunfire in the vicinity of Pearsall Road and Children’s Road in Red Springs. Upon arrival, deputies discovered Cummings suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to Duke University Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries on April 5, 2025.
