In the quiet city of Ponca City, Oklahoma, the life of 62-year-old Robert Gibbs, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in his own home. On the evening of March 30, 2025, police and emergency services were dispatched to a residence on South Lake Street following a report of an unresponsive man.
