In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Las Vegas, a dispute tragically escalated, leading to the death of 30-year-old Deontay Daveal Perkins, an African-American male. The fatal altercation occurred around midnight on April 16, 2017, in the 4000 block of Pennwood Avenue.

Following the confrontation, Perkins was discovered inside a vehicle near West Sirius Avenue and South Valley View Boulevard, suffering from multiple stab wounds. The driver of the car had placed a call to 911 for help ...
