Death by Force

Donald Gene Hickem, a 37-year-old man from Moberly, Missouri, was fatally shot on February 1, 2025. Officers from the Moberly Police Department responded to reports of gunfire in the 500 block of North Moulton Street, where they discovered Hickem deceased at the scene. The Randolph County Coroner later ruled his death a homicide.
