Albert Davis Jr., a 54-year-old African American male from Greenville, Mississippi, was tragically killed on the night of January 5, 2025. The incident occurred around 11 p.m. when officers from the Greenville Police Department responded to reports of a shooting in the 900 block of South Shelby. Upon arrival, authorities discovered Albert Davis Jr. inside his vehicle, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to Delta Health Systems, where he was pronounced dead.
