Celia Luna-Delgado, a 55-year-old Hispanic female, was fatally shot in the back on January 11, 2018, while opening the check-cashing business where she had worked for over three years in Las Vegas. The incident occurred at Express Check Cashing at 1411 N. Jones Blvd. Two men, believed to be in their late teens or early 20s, were identified as the perpetrators of what appears to have been a botched robbery.
