In the spring of 2025, a wave of shock and grief washed over the small town of Drew, Mississippi, after a devastating act of violence claimed the lives of a mother and her two daughters. Forty-year-old Aquilla Latique Wallace, an African American woman, was found deceased in her home on Joseph Street on April 24th, alongside her two children, 18-year-old Bromeisha Sims and 19-year-old Kamaya Sims. The discovery of the three women, all victims of a triple homicide, sent ripples of sorrow through the close-knit community.
As law enforcement began their investigation into the tragic deaths, information quickly led them to the nearby community of Rome. There, a tense search for three suspects unfolded.
