Abdullah Ibrahim Ramzy, a 23-year-old white male from Bloomington, Minnesota, was fatally shot on January 20, 2025, in south Minneapolis. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. on the 3400 block of Third Avenue South. Minneapolis police responded to reports of gunfire and discovered Ramzy suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
