On the evening of February 6, 2025, a fatal encounter in Minneapolis led to the death of 31-year-old Hispanic male Roberto Julian Manzano-Gomez. In the 2400 block of 18th Avenue South, Manzano-Gomez was confronted by a group of individuals. Shots were fired at close range, and he sustained multiple gunshot wounds. First responders found him wounded at the scene and transported him to Hennepin Healthcare, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
