Israel Guzman, a 38-year-old man, was fatally shot on the evening of December 12, 2024, inside The Levee, a bar located on the Northwest Side of Chicago. The incident occurred at approximately 7:45 p.m. when another individual fired multiple shots at Guzman before fleeing the scene. Guzman was transported to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
