Karen Halle Franklin, a 59-year-old Caucasian woman from Owings Mills, Maryland, tragically lost her life on April 1, 2025, in a shooting incident that also claimed the life of her husband, 63-year-old Gary Franklin. The incident, believed to be a case of domestic violence, has left the community in shock and mourning. Karen Franklin was a receptionist at Dr. Robert Lehman’s office and was known for her warmth and dedication to her family and work.
