In the pre-dawn hours of a Sunday morning in Owings Mills, Maryland, the life of 24-year-old Chariyah Woods was cut short by gunfire. On November 9, 2025, at approximately 1:50 a.m., Baltimore County Police from the Franklin Precinct were dispatched to the 200 block of Pittston Circle after receiving a report of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered a grim scene: both Woods and an adult male were suffering from gunshot wounds.
