In the early morning hours of November 9, 2025, the life of 24-year-old Chariyah Woods was tragically cut short in a shooting in Owings Mills, Maryland. Baltimore County Police officers from the Franklin Precinct were dispatched to the 200 block of Pittston Circle around 1:50 a.m. following a report of a shooting.
