In the early morning hours of April 2, 2025, the life of 55-year-old Noe Martin of Springfield, Massachusetts, was brought to a violent and tragic end. A man born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, Martin was one of two victims in a fatal shooting that shattered the quiet of a home on Hebron Street. The incident, which also claimed the life of 35-year-old Justin Santiago, prompted an intensive investigation by local law enforcement.
