On a tragic evening that should have been filled with celebration, 18-year-old Jarrett Anthony Banks Jr., a Black male, was fatally shot in Radcliff, Kentucky. The incident occurred on the night of January 2, 2025, a day that marked his birthday. A senior at North Hardin High School, Banks was also known by the nickname Rico Doyle.
