On a cold winter day in Omaha, Nebraska, the lives of two men were tragically cut short. Francisco Lemus-Torres, a 34-year-old Hispanic male, was killed on February 5, 2008. The incident that claimed his life also resulted in the death of another man, Jose Manuel Silva-Esparza.
