Deshaunte C. Williams-Holly, an 18-year-old African American woman, was fatally shot on March 8, 2025, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred just before midnight in the 100 block of East 21st Street on the Near South Side. Williams-Holly was inside a vehicle with a 38-year-old man when shots were fired from another vehicle. She was struck in the chest and pronounced dead at the scene.
