In the late afternoon of a February day in Augusta, Georgia, the life of 19-year-old Damien Patrick was tragically cut short. On February 5, 2025, a shooting incident occurred at the Family Dollar located at 825 Laney Walker Boulevard. During the event, Damien was shot at least one time. In the immediate aftermath, he was transported by a private vehicle to Piedmont Augusta Hospital for medical attention.
