Aurorah Tatiana Payne, a 7-year-old female, was found fatally shot inside a home in Lake Station, Indiana, on February 21, 2025. She was one of five victims in what authorities have determined to be a murder-suicide. The other victims included her mother, 27-year-old Briana Payne, and her two younger sisters, 4-year-old Alayna Payne and 6-year-old Ava Payne. The fifth individual, 31-year-old Robert Payne, was also found deceased, with his death ruled as a suicide.
