On February 13th, 2025, at approximately 10:30 PM, Thomas Cook, a 55-year-old male, was discovered unresponsive in the roadway near the intersection of Stillman Street and Calvin Avenue in Zephyrhills, Florida. At the scene, law enforcement also located Cook's personal belongings, which included a blue motorized electric wheelchair scooter.
