Telvin Osborne, a 30-year-old African American man from Jackson, Georgia, was fatally shot in an apparent domestic violence incident on February 23, 2025. Authorities responded to a call at a residence on Four Points Road in Burke County just before 6 a.m. Upon arrival, deputies discovered Osborne unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was transported to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
