In the late hours of a Friday night in Savannah, Georgia, the life of 34-year-old Alexander Hernandez was tragically cut short. On March 7, 2025, Hernandez was fatally wounded in a shooting that unfolded in the 1300 block of East 56th Street. The violent incident not only claimed his life but also left another individual injured, adding to a weekend marred by gun violence in the city.
