Roosevelt R.K. Lewis III, a 22-year-old African American man from Osceola, Indiana, tragically lost his life on March 24, 2025. The incident occurred at the Arbors at Riverbend apartments, a residential complex located off Ash Road, just south of Walmart on Old U.S. 20.
