Black male, 29-year-old Marquez Daye was shot on a Sunday night while driving near 37th and Ames Avenue in Omaha. His car struck two other vehicles before coming to a stop. He was rushed to the Nebraska Medical Center in critical condition and died from his injuries on August 30, 2011.
