In the early morning hours of Thursday, April 17, 2025, the quiet of a Yuma, Arizona neighborhood was shattered by a domestic dispute that ended in tragedy. Anthony Morgan Herrera, a 38-year-old male, was fatally shot at a residence in the 11300 block of E. Del Verde Drive. The Yuma County Sheriff's Office received a call about the disturbance at approximately 3:36 a.m. and while deputies were on their way, they were notified that shots had possibly been fired within the home.
