Kim Marie Swann, a 21-year-old woman from Florida, was tragically murdered on November 11, 1984. She was one of the victims of Bobby Joe Long, a notorious serial killer who terrorized the Tampa Bay area in the early 1980s. Long was responsible for the deaths of multiple women, often leaving their bodies in gruesome poses. Kim Swann, a young mother, was among those whose lives were cut short by his violent spree.
