Michelle Lee Rogers, a 17-year-old Caucasian female, tragically lost her life on June 1, 1989, in Clearwater Beach, Pinellas County, Florida. Michelle, along with her mother Joan Mae Etzler Rogers and her younger sister Christe Eugenia Rogers, was on a vacation from their home state of Ohio.
