On February 1, 1996, Tamara Catrice Fisher, a 15-year-old African American girl, and her friend Lynette Bibbs, a 14-year-old African American girl, visited a teen nightclub in Houston, Texas. After their night out, the two girls were last seen heading to a motel. Tragically, their bodies were discovered two days later on February 3, 1996, off a rural dirt road near Cleveland in Liberty County, Texas.
