On March 11, 2007, 24-year-old Darren Arnell Paynes was found dead in St. Louis, Missouri. Paynes was shot multiple times, and his body was discovered in a residential area. The investigation into the incident indicated that it was a targeted shooting, but no suspects were immediately identified, and as of the most recent updates, the case remains unsolved.
