Mark Chasteen, a 4-year-old boy, tragically lost his life on April 28, 1979, in a horrifying crime that shook the community. His mother, Terry Lee Chasteen, a 23-year-old woman, was found strangled near White Lick Creek in Morgan County, Indiana. Alongside her were the bodies of her three children, including Mark, his 5-year-old sister Misty, and his 3-year-old brother Steven.
