Barbara Dunbar, a 38-year-old woman, was one of four victims in a brutal attack that took place on August 20, 1983, at the Greenware by Mary ceramic shop in Joliet, Illinois. The crime was part of a larger series of murders committed by Milton Johnson, a serial killer who terrorized the Joliet area during the summer of 1983.

On that fateful day, Dunbar, along with Marilyn Baers Anna Ryan and Pamela Ryan was inside the ceramic shop when Johnson carried out his attack. The victims we ...
