Chinescia S. Hill-King, a 24-year-old African American woman from Joliet, Illinois, was found dead on March 11, 2015. Her body was discovered in a ditch on Zurich Road, riddled with bullets. The exact date and time of her death remain under investigation, but it was evident that her body had been there for some time, as it was frozen stiff when found.
