On August 29, 2024, at approximately 9:15 p.m., Chesterfield County Police responded to a reported shooting in the 3700 block of Passage Way Drive in Chester, Virginia. Upon arrival, officers found 22-year-old Allison J. Tignor, a resident of Henrico County, suffering from a gunshot wound. She was transported to a local hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries on September 3, 2024.
