Omo Ovella Glenn Wyler, a 95-year-old woman, passed away on January 24, 2001, in Nocona, Texas. She had been admitted to Nocona General Hospital for congestive heart failure but had been treated and was set to be discharged. However, she was administered an injection of mivacurium chloride a powerful muscle relaxant, which caused her to stop breathing.

Her death was later linked to a series of suspicious fatalities at the hospital, all occurring between December 2000 and February 2001. ...
