On the night of May 11, 1978, 15-year-old Caucasian female Judy Ann Adams and her 14-year-old friend Bertha Yvonne Gould were last seen in Morgan City, Louisiana. The two teenagers were walking home from the Central Catholic High School fair when a witness observed them entering a white car driven by an unidentified man. This encounter marked the last confirmed sighting of both girls.
