William H. Baldwin, aged 31, was killed on August 25, 2007, in St. Louis, Missouri. Baldwin was found deceased in a car on the city’s north side, with multiple gunshot wounds. The homicide, which occurred in the Annetta Street area, has remained unsolved over the years. Despite significant efforts by law enforcement and the community, no arrests have been made in connection with this case.
