On July 7, 2017, Michael Ontiveros, a 31-year-old resident of St. Louis, Missouri, was killed in a drive-by shooting near Union Station in downtown St. Louis. Ontiveros was one of two individuals shot in this incident; while he did not survive, the other individual was critically injured.
