In the autumn of 1997, the life of 33-year-old Hispanic female Yvette Torres was tragically cut short in Springfield, Massachusetts. On November 15, her 11-year-old son made a devastating discovery, finding his mother deceased on the bathroom floor of their Healy Street apartment.
