On December 15, 2011, Robert Slivoski, a 68-year-old resident of San Francisco, was found dead under suspicious circumstances, leading authorities to classify the case as a homicide. Slivoski's body was discovered in the Polk Gulch area of San Francisco, and initial reports indicated signs of foul play. Despite an immediate investigation, limited evidence and lack of witnesses meant that the case quickly turned cold, leaving Slivoski's death unresolved.
