Carl C. Blanks Jr., aged 19, was killed on November 1, 2007, in St. Louis, Missouri. He was found shot to death in what has remained an unsolved homicide. The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department (SLMPD) continues to investigate his death, but no suspect has been publicly identified, and the case remains open.
