Berniece Olsen, a 59-year-old woman, passed away on February 7, 1988, in Melrose, Florida. Initially, her death was attributed to Alzheimer's disease, and no further investigation was conducted at the time. However, her name later surfaced in connection with Jeffrey Lynn Feltner, a former nurse's aide who was active as a serial killer between 1988 and 1989.
